COVNA November Monthly Conference: Employee Recognition and Work Summary Meeting Successfully Concluded

Time flies, and in the blink of an eye, only the last month of 2019 remains. Over the past year, our company has undergone significant changes, achieving remarkable progress in both corporate strength and team building. These accomplishments would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of every COVNA family member.

In the past November, some teams have successfully met their performance targets, while others still need to continue their efforts. For those who achieved their goals, including the champion team and the top individual salesperson, we presented flowers, trophies, and generous cash rewards in recognition of their outstanding performance.

This time, the champion team is "The Mischievous Witches." They are an incredibly hardworking, cohesive, and passionate team. While others rested, they continued to fight on the front lines. Even on the very last day of the month, they did not let up for a moment. Upholding the belief of "never giving up, never abandoning," they ultimately surpassed the reigning champion team from the previous two months to claim the victory.

To acknowledge their success, the company also rewarded the team captain. The triumph of "The Mischievous Witches" in this competition was inseparable from the dedication of their captain, Julia. As the soul of the team, she strategized, carefully analyzed and summarized their performance, and continuously motivated her teammates.

Next, the company announced the individual sales champion, which was awarded to Manager Chen, the leader of our formidable KK Team. Manager Chen has already led her team to victory twice before. Although they narrowly lost to "The Mischievous Witches" this time, we firmly believe that she will soon lead her team back to the top.

To further encourage all employees to engage in the competition, the company introduced a "betting system" where employees could place bets on the teams they believed would win. Those who bet on the victorious team received generous rewards. This approach not only fostered a sense of participation but also encouraged shareholders to supervise and motivate their chosen teams, ultimately achieving mutual growth and a win-win outcome.

Finally, we conducted the "361 Performance Evaluation." In a roundtable discussion format, employees assessed the team leaders and members, analyzing strengths and areas for improvement. Constructive feedback and suggestions were given to help everyone refine their skills and strategies, aiming for even better results in the future.

With just one month left in 2019, we are ready for the final sprint! "Never give up, never stop striving." Let’s embrace each new day with enthusiasm and fight for greater achievements!
