On September 1st, COVNA Group held the team PK results announcement and the July-August recognition meeting. The meeting reviewed the work from the past two months, honored outstanding individuals, and outlined the plans for the work in September and October. As the renowned Japanese industrialist Kazuo Inamori once said: "A company is a dojo, and work is a form of training. The training is focused on the heart, enduring hardships, and only through this can one transcend the ordinary and achieve excellence."
At 14:00 on September 1st, our meeting officially began!
First Segment: Recognition of the July-August PK Champion Team
The first part of the meeting was dedicated to recognizing the winning team of the July-August PK competition. The Domestic Sales team, led by Ao Xiong, took home the championship. The team's victory was made possible through the hard work and contributions of every individual.
Next, we honored outstanding sales and operational team members. Effort does not always guarantee results, but without effort, results are impossible. All the honors earned today are a result of the consistent faith and dedication of our excellent colleagues. Let's look forward to the upcoming September-October PK competition and see who will take home the next championship.
COVNA periodically provides special benefits to employees. This time, employees not only received various bonuses but also had a special surprise — the "Outstanding Employee Travel Award." Several high-performing individuals who have made silent contributions to the company were awarded travel prizes to motivate and encourage them.
Finally, the September-October PK betting segment was held, where everyone placed their bets on the teams and individual performances they believed would excel.
Second Segment: The Heartfelt Moment at COVNA
The second part of the meeting was a moment of gratitude and recognition. We congratulated our colleague, Bi Ying, for celebrating her 8th anniversary with COVNA. Eight years of companionship, an enduring bond. We are grateful for her trust and dedication to COVNA over the years. She expressed her hope that there will be more 8- and 9-year milestones to come. We also celebrated the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th anniversaries of Fiona, Dongxia, Phoebe, and Caishen, who have also been a part of COVNA’s growth. We look forward to many more years of collaboration, and we wish COVNA and all our family members a future full of happiness and success.
Third Segment: General Manager Hong's Speech
The third part of the meeting was a speech by General Manager Hong. As the leader of COVNA, he has always silently encouraged and trusted each of us. During times of confusion and uncertainty, he has guided us with courage and strength to overcome challenges. For the upcoming September-October period, each department must carefully review their key annual tasks, focus on product quality and customer service, and drive work implementation with the "mission accomplished" spirit to complete the goals that have not yet been achieved.
Fourth Segment: Food, Fun, and Celebration
The final segment of the meeting was a celebration. We gathered together to celebrate the success of the July-August period, congratulate Bi Ying on her 8th anniversary with the company, and wish everyone great achievements in the coming September-October months.
