COVNA’s Q2 2019 Conference Successfully Concluded

On August 31, all COVNA employees gathered in the second-floor conference room for the 2019 Q2 Company Conference.

This meeting was different from previous ones—not only was it a quarterly summary meeting, but it was also the August Team Performance PK Award Ceremony. To enhance sales capabilities and strengthen team cohesion, COVNA introduced a new team-based monthly PK competition in August, replacing the traditional individual PK model. The winning team would receive a substantial cash bonus, while the losing teams would face corresponding challenges or penalties.

Three teams competed in this PK battle: KK Team, Pan Ta Team, and Hun Shi Mo Nv Team. The competition was intense and thrilling, with teams chasing each other closely, refusing to back down. Every team member fought for honor. In the end, Hun Shi Mo Nv Team emerged as the champion with outstanding performance and received various company rewards. We hope all teams will continue to fight for glory and push beyond their limits in the upcoming challenges!

The rewards didn’t stop there. Next, employees who achieved outstanding performance and exceeded their sales targets in the second quarter were recognized and rewarded. Many employees walked away with hefty bonuses. Additionally, the company announced the list of employees who earned a travel incentive for meeting their Q2 sales goals.

Next is the performance report of the probationary employees. The employee representative made a summary of the probationary period and the future work plan.

Following the awards, General Manager Hong provided a quarterly work summary, highlighting areas for improvement and sharing insights and suggestions. He encouraged everyone to embrace new challenges with a positive mindset.

To conclude the event on a warm and celebratory note, the company held a quarterly birthday party. Birthday gifts were distributed to the celebrants, followed by a group photo and a delicious birthday cake-sharing session.
